I am usually in treatments throughout the day so if you wish to book an appointment or have a general enquiry, please leave your name and number if I'm not available. I will endeavor to call you back by the end of the day.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, please call and leave a message on the voicemail. This will enable me to re-allocate your time slot to somebody off the cancellations list (48 hours notice is appreciated).

Booking Appointments

Upon arranging an appointment credit or debit card

details are required to secure the treatment. No payment will be taken at this stage.

To ensure the best level of service and for you to gain the greatest benefits from your treatment please arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately it is not always possible to allocate more time after your designated slot as there may be another client waiting, Many Thanks.

If it is not possible to book your appointment on the preferred day please ask to be added to the cancellations list.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel

or rearrange appointments, this can be done by leaving a voicemail or sending a text. This allows sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.

A reason for cancellation is not required.

If a minimum of 48 hours notice is not given the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the credit or debit card.
